Fascia and Frequencies: a collaboration between myself and Andrea Twetan.

My friends, I am so excited to announce that a Sound Healing and Fascia Release Session will be happening at AT Massage with Andrea Tweten in Downingtown, PA.

June 15th - 6:30 to 8:30 PM.

During this immersive experience, we'll harness the power of sound bowls and vocal frequencies to invite deep relaxation and release. A dear friend and also a massage therapist, Andrea Tweten will guide you through one-on-one stretches and personalized adjustments, helping you to unlock stored tension in your body. This is a safe, supportive space for you to reconnect with your body's natural flow. Simultaneously, I will utilizing my vocals, my crystal sound bowls, and other sound healing instruments. Allow the combined power of sound and a deep healing touch to help facilitate your peaceful journey into LaLaLand! 💆‍♀️ 🎶 🧘‍♀️ ☮️ 💜🌈
