I'm a Reiki Master/Teacher and certified Viniyoga instructor. I came to Reiki and Yoga as a Corporate Marketing Manager looking for an alternative to heal severe neuropathy. But soon discovered both practices as a complete system to support my spiritual awakening. These practices have inspired me to shift my focus inward, find my soul’s purpose, and my true self. My heart’s work is empowering you to heal yourself using energy, and teaching you that you’re more than your physical body. What I'm discovering as I start over in the mountains of NC
💎 Remote bookings now open💎

Greetings from the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina! We all made it safely and are settling in, though our pod is still in California (not by choice).

This move has been rewarding, but it’s also a major undertaking. Between the logistics of packing and traveling with three kitties, finding housing, and establishing new care providers, resides the emotions of leaving behind familiar places, routines and community who have been woven into my daily life.

I know I’m moving toward a life that nurtures my soul. But at the same time, there’s anxiety around the unknown.

The past few days I’ve been wondering how to put this into words – words that make sense to all of you, yet convey the “bigness” of the decision. So here it goes…

I’m moving to North Carolina.

All of the simplifying, purging, and shifting this past year have not only been external, but a reflection of what’s happening within. This clearing is creating space for a deeper calling. Just not sure what that looks like yet.

Running a full-time, energy healing practice takes enormous time, patience, and of course…energy. I’ve poured every bit of myself into it since I started in 2019. It’s time to slow down to develop the art of intentional living – to flow where joy and peace takes me.

Thanks to you, this cherished community and my practice, my boundaries are stronger, my energy is softer, and my spiritual connection is clearer. I’m wanting to do things differently, and it’s exciting!

I’ll be available for in-person, 1-1 Reiki training and client sessions until 📆 Saturday, May 16th. If you have remaining sessions in a treatment package, please redeem before this date. If you've been wanting to book a session, now is the time.

I’ve been feeling restless for change, a need to clear away anything getting in the way of peace, and a readiness to sink deeper into my realness.

I hope you’re easing into the new year.

It can be challenging to steer away from all of the internal and external chatter about how to be the best version of yourself now - eat healthier, exercise more, start new routines, set sustainable intentions. So much to DO.

I’m feeling the pressure too. So this year, I’m exercising the privilege of easing into the energy it requires to dive into doing.

I haven’t completed my new year ritual of writing myself a letter, or set specific intentions for 2026. And I’m posting last year’s letter a bit later than usual. It’s my wish that this helps you to pause, reflect, and take inspired action when you’re ready.

This letter was written to myself on January 12, 2025. A ritual that I’ve continued over the years for the insight it brings.
