The Biggest Lie: If You’re Normal, You’re Fine.”
Here’s what happened:
I would believe others before checking in with myself.
Here’s what happened:
I was labeled “normal” in school. Not gifted. Not special needs. Just… regular.

Here’s what I learned:
“Normal” can be one of the most isolating labels. It overlooks nuance. It ignores how differently our brains, histories, and nervous systems process the world.
D.T.T. Framework
Disrupt: Question the label you were given. Who decided what “normal” meant?
Tame: Identify where you learned to shrink to fit.
Transform: Build systems that support how YOU process — not how they expect you to.
Real example: I wrote books through my inner lens, not through the forced academic lens that once made me feel small.

From the little ones to the teens, every part of this activity is created to encourage teamwork, critical thinking, and peer learning—while making sure everyone feels seen and included.

Because it’s not just about showing up…
it’s about feeling a part of something.

As the holiday season approaches, so does a tender truth — for many, this time brings both joy and heaviness.
Studies show that up to 40% of people experience seasonal mood decline, and 61% expect sadness or loneliness during the holiday season.
Grief rises. Memory rises. The heart rises — and sometimes aches.

So, Heart Space House Calls are now open to support you through the season.

These conversations are a safe place to draw from the heart — whether you need space to:
