Our residents always look forward to Mike’s programs. His presentations are not only educational but also entertaining, and we often find ourselves wishing we had teachers like Mike when we were in school.

Fresh ingredients are part of the dining experience at LCB. 🥖🍓🥒

Our chefs regularly look for fresh, high-quality ingredients and source locally when possible, whether that means visiting a farmers market, selecting seasonal produce or finding the right ingredients for an upcoming meal.

In this behind-the-scenes look, our culinary team visits a local farmers market to handpick ingredients for that evening’s dinner.

It’s just one example of how fresh ingredients make their way from the market to residents’ tables.

Mercer Hill made the most of a beautiful summer day with a trip to the beach in Spring Lake, New Jersey! ☀️🌊

We spent the day enjoying the warm weather, ocean breeze and time by the water together. It was such a good beach day that no one was quite ready to head home!

We’re already looking forward to more trips like this next summer.

Residents recently spent the day exploring the Michener Art Museum in Doylestown!

The group took in artwork tied to America’s 250th anniversary and stopped to admire an incredible recreation of Washington Crossing the Delaware made from hundreds of thousands of interlocking plastic bricks.

There were so many interesting exhibits, and lots to talk about and learn along the way!

Mercer Hill served up a full taste of the tropics for our latest Signature Series celebration! 🌴🍹

Residents enjoyed frozen piña coladas in tiki cups, mahi mahi tacos with mango salsa and cilantro crema, pulled pork sliders with mojito slaw, chicken and pineapple skewers and guava cake for dessert.

A live steel drum performance set the soundtrack for the afternoon while everyone settled in for the tropical feast.

A little pop art made its way into the art studio! 🎨

Amanda led residents through an Andy Warhol-inspired class, sharing a bit about his signature style before everyone created a colorful piece of their own.

The finished artwork turned out great, and no two pieces looked quite the same!
