Also known as Corey Happel, Yoga Bro's spiritual awakening began, in earnest, in Feb of 2019 when he returned from Baja Mexico following a month long Yoga Teacher Training at Yandara Yoga Institute. The intensity of the immersion style training resulted in a change in his foundational perceptions of life and the birth of Yoga Bro, who he identifies with as his Higher Self. Since then Yoga Bro has

provided low cost, private yoga training for individuals in the Bucks County area who want to explore and benefit from the ancient technology that we now call yoga, all in the privacy of their home (vs. He finds that, by giving his entire attention to an individual, he able to tailor every session to the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of the client. He is Reiki Master at The Salt Cave in Doylestown and Newtown, PA and also offers lower cost Reiki and Access Bars Sessions in his home studio. In order to enhance and amplify the healing of his clients, Yoga Bro maintains the mentality of the eternal student of the healing arts. He is now credentialed in the ancient yogic healing technologies of Sound Bath, Yoga Nidra and Kundalini Yoga. Certifications:
Yoga Teacher: Yandara Yoga Institute, Todos Santos, B.C.S. Practicing: Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Chanting, Anatomy and Physiology, Yogic Philosophy, Ethics and Lifestyle, and Teaching Practicum. What if your muscles aren't actually the problem? 🤔

Many of us blame tight muscles for stiffness, aches, and limited mobility, but fascia may be playing a bigger role than you realize.

Fascia is a connective tissue network that surrounds and supports muscles, bones, nerves, and organs throughout the body. When it's healthy, it helps us move with ease. When it becomes restricted, we may experience tension, discomfort, and a feeling of being "stuck" in our bodies.

That's one reason practices like yoga, mobility work, self-massage, and mindful movement can feel so powerful. They don't just support muscles, they may also help improve the health and mobility of our fascia.

Fascia is a thin layer of connective tissue that surrounds and supports your muscles, joints, bones, nerves, and organs. Think of it like a web throughout the entire body helping everything stay connected and move properly.

When fascia becomes tight, dehydrated, inflamed, or restricted from stress, injury, repetitive movement, poor posture, or lack of mobility, it can create tension, stiffness, discomfort, reduced flexibility, and limited range of motion.

Fascia release is a technique used to help loosen and hydrate this connective tissue through methods like stretching, pressure, movement, massage, mobility work, and breathwork.

Potential benefits of fascia release may include:
• Improved flexibility and mobility
• Reduced muscle tension and stiffness
• Better posture and movement patterns
• Increased circulation
• Faster recovery and relaxation
• Reduced feelings of tightness or restriction in the body
