Before & After: Lower Blepharoplasty 👀

This patient came to us unhappy with the bulging beneath her eyes and the way it contributed to an aged and tired look.

Dr. Tamburrino performed a lower blepharoplasty with fat repositioning. Rather than simply removing the under-eye fat, this technique repositions the existing fat into the tear trough. This reduces the bulging appearance while also creating a smoother transition from the lower eyelid to the cheek.

Now this patient is 2 months post-op and looking absolutely fantastic!

Before & After: Lower Body Lift with Auto Augmentation to the Buttocks

After losing over 100 lbs through diet, exercise, and the help of a GLP-1, this patient was ready to say goodbye to the loose skin left behind.

Since she had significant excess skin extending around her entire midsection, Dr. Tamburrino performed a lower body lift, essentially a 360° tummy tuck to remove loose skin from the front, sides, and back.

But the transformation didn’t stop there. Dr. Tamburrino used the patient’s own excess tissue from the back and flipped it over the buttocks to create an auto augmentation, helping address loose skin while also restoring shape and volume to the buttocks using her own tissue.

Lipo 360 with fat grafting to the Buttocks 🍑

This patient came in looking to refine her lower belly and enhance the overall shape of her buttocks. To achieve this more balanced and sculpted silhouette, Dr. Tamburrino performed 360 degree liposuction to address her abdomen, back and flanks.

The fat removed during liposuction was then purified and strategically injected into the subcutaneous layer of the buttocks. This ultimately enhanced the overall volume and shape of her buttocks, all by using her own fat! By pairing these two procedures together it gave the patient that seamless contour and sculpted shape she has been dreaming about!
