What exactly is forest bathing?
Forest bathing is the practice of slowing down and immersing yourself in nature through your senses. Rather than focusing on exercise or reaching a destination, we move slowly, pause often, and intentionally notice the sights, sounds, textures, and scents around us.
Why do it? Research suggests mindful time in nature may help reduce stress, improve mood, support nervous system regulation, and leave you feeling more grounded and connected.
