Please join us tomorrow at 7:30, 9, and 10:30am to Honor Private First Class Juan Restrepo, 20, who died July 22, 2007, from wounds sustained in a clash with insurgents in Afghanistan’s Korengal Valley.

Restrepo was a medic who deployed to Afghanistan with the 2nd Battalion, 503rd Infantry Regiment (Airborne), 173rd Airborne Brigade Combat Team. He was honored in Sebastian Junger’s award-winning documentary “Restrepo.“

He is survived by his mother, Marcela; his brothers, Ivan and Pablo; and his daughter, Ariana.

Please join us tomorrow at 7:30, 9, or 10:30am to Honor Matthew S. Locke who died on Sept. 25, 2021, while trying to save someone’s life. Locke served in the Army National Guard, deploying to Afghanistan from May 2013 to February 2014. After returning home, he dedicated himself to law enforcement, working with multiple agencies, including the McNairy County Sheriff’s Department, Adamsville Police Department, and Hardin County Sheriff’s Department.

Locke was the ultimate soldier and officer. He is survived by his daughter Riley; his parents, Lisa and Galen and many other family and friends.

Please join us at 7:30, 9, or 10:30am to Honor Australian Army Sergeant Brett Wood, 32, of Ferntree Gully, Victoria, assigned to the 2nd Commando Regiment, based in Sydney, New South Wales, who died on May 23, 2011, in Helmand province, Afghanistan, after insurgents attacked him with an improvised explosive device. He is survived by his wife Elvi, his mother Allison, and his father David.

Please join us this Memorial Day to Honor all those who have given their lives for this great country.

Classes will be at 6, 7:30, 9, and 10:30am (90 minute classes).

We will be Honoring Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, N.Y., who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005.
This workout was one of Mike’s favorites and he named it “Body Armor.” It is now referred to as “Murph” in honor of the focused warrior and great American who wanted nothing more in life than to serve this great country and the beautiful people who make it what it is.

Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you’ve got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

Please join us to honor U.S. Air Force Major Walter David Gray, 38, of Conyers, Georgia, assigned to the 13th Air Support Operations Squadron, based in Fort Carson, Colorado, who died on August 8, 2012 from injuries suffered during a su***de bomb attack in Kunar province, Afghanistan. He is survived by his wife Heather, daughters Nyah and Ava, and son Garrett.
