I became so much happier when I started caring more about how my life felt than how it looked...
There has to be more than this.
You don’t have to hate bedside to want more freedom.
Wanting more does NOT mean you’re ungrateful.
You’re not broken, the system is tight.
I served at the bedside for two decades.
I loved my patients. I was good at my job.
And still… I reached my limit.
I didn’t quit because I was weak.
I made a decision for myself and for my three kids with special needs.
I chose a path that allowed me to be present, not just exhausted.
And I am NOT telling you to quit.
You get to decide what’s right for your season of life.
I chose mine. You get to choose yours.
Fast forward to today…
I get to watch my kids grow.
I get to serve people deeply.
I support a powerful community of nurse coaches.
And yes, I make more income doing work that actually lights me up.
But let me be honest with you.
I learned everything the hard way.
No one taught me what to do in my first year.
No one explained how to build momentum, systems, or income without burning out.
That’s why I became the bridge.
I’m the first corporate nurse coach to openly talk about the gap.
The silent struggles inside large organizations
AND the gap nurses face when they want to build something of their own.
On one side, I advocate for change.
On the other side, I help nurses and healthcare experts build real, profitable businesses without losing themselves.
I’m not here to sell you a dream.
I’m here to show you what’s possible.
I am living proof that freedom is possible for caregivers like us.
If you feel called to go beyond bedside…
To become the nurse coach you were meant to be…
You’re not late.
You’re not selfish.
And you don’t have to walk this alone.
I see you.
And I built this bridge for you.
I created a free, private community where you can start.
A space to learn, connect, and grow alongside fellow nurses who are building their own legacy.
I am one of them.
And I am with you.
BTW… I’d love for you to meet my family.
It’s not perfect, but my heart is full and I get to be here with them.
And that, to me, is FREEDOM.
