Here’s your permission to put yourself first once in a while honey! If you have spent your life putting everyone else’s needs ahead of your own I want you to know there’s nothing wrong with you. You are a beautiful soul…but babe NEWSFLASH you deserve to be put first too. You can choose to embrace who you are and still be a good partner, mom, sister, whatever you are to others 🤍actually probably an even better one because you will be able to give to others from a cup that doesn’t feel empty. Not abandoning our lives and also not abandoning who we want to be. It’s possible, I promise.
