I want to sincerely thank all of my clients for your patience, understanding, and flexibility over the past week while I attended to search and rescue responsibilities.

🌿 A Quick Schedule Update + Last Chance for Legacy Pricing 🌿

A change in plans this week means I now have appointment openings available tomorrow, Friday, July 17! If you've been thinking about scheduling a massage, this is a great opportunity to grab one of the newly available spots.

I'd also like to remind everyone that Sunday at 11:59 PM EST is the final deadline to book appointments or purchase massage packages under my current (legacy) service menu and pricing.

Beginning Monday, Root & Mend Massage Studio will officially transition to a new service menu and pricing structure as we continue growing into the next chapter of the practice.

There are still a handful of massage appointments available this week and next for both new and returning clients.

As many of you know, exciting changes are happening as we transition into Root & Mend Massage Studio. With that transition, our pricing structure will be changing on July 1, 2026 as we move to a new service and payment model designed to better support individualized care and treatment planning.

If you've been thinking about scheduling your first appointment, now is the time. These remaining openings will be the final opportunity for new clients to take advantage of our introductory massage pricing before the new rates take effect.

Whether you're dealing with chronic pain, recovering from injury, managing stress, or simply need time to reconnect with your body, we'd love to help.
