“Food” isn’t always nourishing just because it’s sold on a shelf. 🙃
One of the biggest shifts I’ve made in my health journey has been realizing that quality matters just as much as what you’re taking. The sourcing, farming practices, processing methods, fillers, toxins, bioavailability… it all matters.
This morning’s cup is focused on supporting my body from multiple angles instead of just chasing energy:
🫒 EVOO rich in polyphenols to help support inflammation, brain health, heart health, and cellular protection
🧠 Creatine for not only muscle support, but also brain function, energy production, and recovery
✨ A powerhouse blend with protein, collagen, colostrum, pre & probiotics, digestive enzymes, and whole food vitamins to support gut health, skin, immunity, muscle recovery, and nourishment at the cellular level
🌿 Olive leaf for immune and antioxidant support
🍄 Nootropic coffee for cleaner focus, cognition, and sustained energy without the harsh crash
And honestly… this is why I don’t just grab random supplements off grocery store shelves anymore. Many products are loaded with fillers, artificial ingredients, poor sourcing, inflammatory oils, synthetic vitamins, pesticide residue, or forms your body doesn’t even absorb well.
I’ve become really intentional about choosing products from companies that prioritize purity, transparency, regenerative farming practices, and ingredients that actually support the body instead of burdening it.
Your daily habits add up. ☕️✨
If you want the full list of the exact brands/products I’m currently using and loving, drop a “MORNING” in the comments and I’ll send them to you. 🤍
