**Trowbridge Family Tai Chi class times

Do you sometimes find yourself in a state of 'perpetual panic'?
Maybe you're hitting every red light, or the line at the grocery store is so very long.

Tai Chi can help counter that anxious feeling with slow movements, controlled breathing and mindful focus; sending our body into a rest and reset mode.
That reset can lower heart rate which helps us to respond more calmly to everyday frustrations.

They love sharing Tai Chi's calming, graceful movements with all skill and flexibilty levels.
You'll find classes are encouraging, family-like atmosphere where everyone learns at their own pace. Their focus is on helping students improve their balance, flexibility and strength that comes from practicing Tai Chi.
