Sunny Care Clinic will close the office doors in Duck on 01/15/2026. I can still be contacted via your chart Elation passport, phone and email. Please reach out and let me know if you would like your medical records transferred to another provider and give their contact information. I have enjoyed the opportunity to participate in your medical care needs and appreciate your trust and support through the 8 years of our existence.
*The Office will be closed Dec 17-Dec 28, 2025 for the Christmas Holiday for me to be with my family. I will return calls, emails and medical records releases in a timely fashion on my return. I will have office hours M-F until 1/15/2026 (closed Jan 1).
