💙 Happy 1-Year Anniversary, Hannah! 💙

Hannah is truly one of those special people who has a way of bringing calm to the storm. No matter what is going on, she shows up with a positive attitude, a willingness to be flexible, and a genuine desire to do what is best for Emma, the individual she supports, and the team. Even when we aren’t sure how something is going to turn out, Hannah has a way of reminding us that things will be okay. 💕

When Hannah first started with us, caregiving was new to her. She took every training opportunity seriously, soaked in everything she was taught, asked questions when she needed clarification, and continued learning along the way. Watching her grow into the caregiver she is today has been such a joy.

We can honestly say that Hannah has become one of the best caregivers Emma has EVER had.

She is dependable, responsible, and never hesitates to step up and get things done. She makes sure her responsibilities are taken care of during every shift, and if I ask her to clean something, we know it’s going to get done. Even when that something involves the biggest spider ever!

Hannah, thank you for giving us your time, your heart, your flexibility, and your care this past year. Thank you for everything you do for Emma and for being such a wonderful part of our team.

We are so proud of how far you have come in just one year, and I truly can’t wait to see where the future takes you. ❤️

🌟 Congratulations, Tammy — Leadership Team Member of the Month! 🌟

Tammy is always organized, positive, and ready to support those around her! She has been a HUGE help to her Director this month by taking calls, assisting with payroll, and helping keep things running smoothly while the director has been away. Her support has truly been appreciated! 💙

She continues to do an amazing job supporting both managers, advocating for the individuals she supports, communicating updates and health concerns, and following up when staff questions or concerns arise.

And we have to celebrate her growth, too! She’ll text, “Call me when you can,” and shortly after comes another message saying… “Never mind, I figured it out!” 😂👏

Congratulations, Oscar — Redbud Team Member of the Month! 🌟

Oscar has been doing an amazing job, and his team has definitely noticed! He is attentive to the individuals he supports and takes pride in making sure they wake up to a clean and welcoming home after every shift he works. 🏡💙

Oscar also makes sure to check in before leaving and asks if there is anything else that is needed. Most importantly, he takes the time to sit, listen, and connect with the individuals he supports. It means so much to have someone who will take the time to talk about their day and always ask, “Do you need help with anything?”

Heather is being recognized for going above and beyond in such a thoughtful and person-centered way! 👏

When an individual’s favorite beads were accidentally lost down an elevator, Heather saw how much they meant to her and took it upon herself to help. She took the time to make her a brand-new pair of beads, bringing back something that was incredibly important and comforting to the individual. 💕📿

This simple act of kindness made a BIG difference. The individual is thankful, the team is thankful, and we are so thankful for Heather’s willingness to go the extra mile to make someone’s day—and their life—a little better.

TJ is also an amazing communicator who asks thoughtful questions and makes sure she understands what is needed, even when she isn’t working face-to-face with the rest of the team. Congratulations to Jason, our Vocational Team Member of the Month!

Although Jason recently joined the Peace of Mind team, he has already made a meaningful impact on so many of the individuals we support. From day one, Jason has shown that he is eager to learn, flexible, dependable, and always willing to step in wherever help is needed.Jason brings kindness and positivity to every interaction, treating both his fellow team members and the individuals we serve with genuine respect and compassion. His willingness to go above and beyond has not gone unnoticed!

And, of course, our individuals especially love when they get picked up in Jason’s sweet ride! We are incredibly thankful to have Jason as part of our team and look forward to seeing all the wonderful things he continues to bring to the Peace of Mind Vocational Team.

Taleeya has been going above and beyond by stepping in to cover last-minute shifts and always showing up with a smile! 😊 She makes a point to connect with all the ladies throughout her shifts, making sure everyone feels included, supported, and valued.
