Stephen brings more than 30 years of healthcare experience serving patients across Arkansas and throughout the nation. Throughout his distinguished career, he has practiced in family medicine, emergency medicine, urology, orthopedic surgery, occupational medicine, urgent care, quality assurance, and rural healthcare. His diverse experience, clinical expertise, and compassionate approach have earned him a reputation for delivering exceptional, patient-centered care to individuals and families of all ages.

Stephen understands the importance of providing accessible, high-quality healthcare close to home. He is passionate about serving rural communities and believes in building lasting relationships with his patients based on trust, respect, and genuine compassion.

At Delta Health Services Community Clinic, Stephen will provide comprehensive primary care services, including:

Hey friends! I am Heather Harris, and I am honored to serve as the Executive Director of Delta Health Services Community.

I was born and raised right here in Dumas, and after my husband, Cary, and I decided to start our family, there was never any question about where we wanted to call home. We chose to raise our boys here because we believe in this community, the people who make it special, and the future we can build together.

Healthcare has always been personal to me. My family has experienced firsthand the compassion, dedication, and exceptional care provided by the team at Delta Memorial Hospital. Watching the love and support my parents received during some of life’s most difficult moments only deepened my appreciation for the healthcare professionals who care for our community every day.

Because of those experiences, joining forces with Delta Memorial Hospital to help establish Delta Health Services Community felt like a natural next step. Together, we’re working to expand access to quality healthcare, strengthen local services, and ensure that families in our community have the care they need close to home.

I truly believe healthcare is about more than medicine. It’s about relationships. It’s about trust. It’s about caring for your neighbors.

My hope is that Delta Health Services Community will be a place where every person who walks through our doors feels welcomed, respected, and genuinely cared for.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to serve the community that has given so much to me and my family.
