Thank you…

I recently brought together something that means a great deal to me.

Over the years, many of you have taken the time to share a few words about your experience with Somatic Mindfulness.

I’m always grateful when someone does. I find it very kind when someone takes the time to reflect, write, and send those thoughts back to me.

Those reflections support my own sense of meaning and purpose. They remind me why I continue to teach, practice, and explore this work.

I’ve now gathered hundreds of them in one place.

Some of you may even find your own words there:

To everyone who has taken the time to write to me over the years, thank you.

I don’t take it lightly ❤️.

Fernando
