✨ PLOT TWIST: THE NATUROPATH NEEDED TO TAKE HER OWN ADVICE. 😂🌿

Starting next week, Dr. Liv | The Naturopath is moving to an EVERY-OTHER-WEEK schedule. 💜

Because apparently you cannot run a business, work another job, raise babies, serve everybody, chase dreams, answer messages, make sea moss, AND treat rest like an optional extracurricular activity.

Who knew?! 😂🙃

My body knew.
My body tried to tell me.
And eventually my body said, “Girl. SIT. DOWN.” 😩😂

Message received.

So I’m practicing what I preach: resting, recovering, setting boundaries, and taking care of the body that makes all of these big dreams possible.

This does mean availability will be more limited, so PLEASE book ahead for appointments, services, and product pickups. 📅

We are NOT quitting.
We are NOT giving up on the dream.

We’re just entering our “build the empire without destroying the empress” era. 👑💜

And honestly? I think that’s wellness too. 🌿✨

✨ A Little Pause from Dr. Liv ✨

Sometimes wellness means knowing when it’s time to pour into yourself, too. 💜

Due to an unexpected injury, Dr. Liv | The Naturopath will be closed through September 7th, with plans to reopen September 8th.

As much as I love showing up, serving my clients, creating your sea moss, and holding space for this beautiful community, right now my body is asking me to slow down, rest, and allow myself the same grace I encourage all of you to give yourselves.

All appointments, pickups, and business operations will be paused during this time while I focus on healing and recovery.

Thank you for your patience, your understanding, and especially your continued support of this little dream of mine. 💜 It means more than you know.

Consider this my reminder—and maybe yours too—that rest is productive, healing is sacred, and sometimes the strongest thing we can do is listen when our body says, “Not today, ma’am.” 😂✨

I’ll see you all again beginning September 8th. 🌿

Dr. Liv will be temporarily trading wellness plans, emails, appointments, and “just one quick question” for a little rest, reset, and minding my own business. 😂🌿

Because apparently even the naturopath has to practice what she preaches. 😉
