Listen, I know what you’re thinking…
Not another AI flyer. 😂
And listen, I get it.
The pretty graphics might help me package it.
But The Fall & Winter Herbal Medicine Cabinet wasn’t pulled out of AI.
The herbs inside it are herbs I actually use.
The preparations are things I’ve actually made.
The elderberry syrup? I’ve been making it for years.
The mullein and wild cherry bark? Those are herbs I work with in my own products.
The teas, steam preparations, garlic + mullein, raw honey, magnesium and the simple things I keep around my own home?
That part is mine. 🌿
This little 22-page guide came from years of learning herbs, making products, creating recipes, helping customers understand what they bought from me, and figuring out what is actually practical to keep around when you have a family to care for.
Inside, I walk you through things like:
🍇 Elderberry and making your own elderberry syrup
🌿 Mullein and Wild Cherry Bark, including simple tea and syrup preparations
🫖 Herbal teas and steam preparations
🧄 Garlic + Mullein and traditional ear preparations
🍯 Why something as simple as raw honey earns a place in the cabinet
🤎 Topical magnesium and other practical things I like having nearby
📋 Plus simple recipes, safety information, and a printable Fall & Winter Cabinet Checklist
I didn't make this for the woman trying to become an herbalist overnight.
I made it for the mama standing in her kitchen thinking,
“Okay… what do I actually need, and what do I DO with it?” 😅
Because that's where I started too.
You don't need an apothecary overflowing with things you don't understand.
You need a handful of things you know how to use.
Simple. Practical. Prepared. Peaceful.
That is what this guide is about. 🤎🌿
Comment CABINET and I'll send you the details.
