the chakra system is not a spiritual belief.

it is a map of your anatomy.

and modern biology confirms it point by point.

root chakra at the base of the spine. corresponds to the adrenal glands. governs survival, safety, and the fight or flight response.

sacral chakra in the lower abdomen. corresponds to the reproductive glands. governs creative and generative energy.

solar plexus chakra. corresponds to the pancreas. governs personal power, digestion, and will.

heart chakra at the centre of the chest. corresponds to the thymus gland. governs immunity, compassion, and emotional integration.

throat chakra. corresponds to the thyroid. governs communication, metabolism, and self-expression.

third eye chakra at the centre of the forehead. corresponds to the pineal gland. governs inner perception, melatonin production, and states of consciousness.

crown chakra at the top of the head. corresponds to the pituitary gland. governs the entire endocrine system and the body's relationship to the higher planes.

seven energy centres.

seven endocrine glands.

perfect correspondence.

the ancients had this map thousands of years before modern medicine named the glands.

they were not guessing.

they were observing.

and what they observed was that the body is a precision instrument for consciousness.

every chakra is a gateway.

every gland is a biological mechanism.

they are describing the same system in two different languages.

Life has a way of pulling us through seasons of pause, healing, reflection, and rebirth. I’ve been feeling the call to open my doors a little wider again. ✨

I’ll be continuing sessions and expanding my availability in Blair County for Reiki, hypnosis, and past life regression sessions through ChellzDreamz. Appointments will be offered on select days each week to allow for deeper, more intentional sessions and balance in my own healing journey as well.

If your mind, body, or spirit has been asking for rest, clarity, grounding, release, or reconnection, this may be your sign to finally book the session you’ve been putting off. 💜
