As Mindful You transitions beyond the physical studio space, Kelly and I have spent a lot of time reflecting on what we truly want this next chapter of our lives and work to look like.
For many years, we poured ourselves into sustaining a large community wellness space while also carrying full lives outside of the studio. Kelly continues her work as a full time yoga therapist, and I continue my work as a massage therapist, somatic movement educator, and perhaps most importantly, a mom.
What we are realizing is that the heart of our work has never been about maintaining a packed schedule or keeping up with the fast paced wellness culture around us.
It has always been about meaningful connection.
Mindful movement.
Subtle body practices.
Restoration.
Nervous system support.
Creating spaces where people can slow down and reconnect with themselves.
At the same time, we are honoring that we truly did build a community that benefited from practices and experiences that cannot always be found just anywhere, and that is part of why we feel called to continue carrying this work forward in a new and more sustainable way.
As we move forward into Mindful You Embodied Wellness, we are intentionally choosing a smaller and more aligned model that allows us to fully live inside the work we love while also honoring the lives we lead beyond it.
Moving forward, we will begin with:
Tuesday evenings at 7 PM with Crystal
Thursday evenings at 7 PM with Kelly
For those seeking in person experiences, private wellness services with Crystal can be booked through Harmony is Healing. Those who know me through Mindful You will also have the opportunity to work with me one to one in my home studio space beginning after June.
I will also be offering in person workshops throughout the Baltimore area, and Kelly and I absolutely plan to collaborate together in person again in the future.
This next chapter may look different, but it feels deeply aligned.
And we are grateful to continue sharing it with all of you.
