I went to see Lexi yesterday at Monarch med spa this is my before and after please ignore my roots and lack of makeup, but you can see how my face is. Fuller and lines are gone. My toxin has not kicked in yet that will be a couple of weeks, but at that point, I will have a lifted eyebrow. My neck will look better. All the lines on my face will be gone, and I’ll be a new me!

Dr. Mondello will be taking a six-month educational sabbatical from MaxHealth Family Practice. During this time, Mondello Medical Spa will be relocating to continue the Medical Ma*****na portion of our business to Posh Suites in Lake Wales, located at 148 E. Tillman Ave., Suite #10, where we will continue focusing on wellness and our specialized services in a new setting.

Before our transition, we invite you to schedule another visit with Kara, whose passion and expertise in aesthetics have cared for our patients for nearly 16 years. From relaxing facials to laser services and advanced skincare treatments, Kara has been such an important part of the Mondello Medical Spa experience, and we would love for you to enjoy her services before this next chapter begins.
