Many people start new weight loss plans on Mondays because it can be a fresh start and a time when motivation is high.

PLANNING:

Plan meals: Plan meals for the week ahead and create a grocery list based on those meals
Set goals: Set goals for the week, such as how many calories to consume or how much exercise to do
Schedule workouts: Schedule workouts for the week, such as cardio and strength training

EXERCISING:

Start early: Set an alarm to wake up earlier and exercise
Move more: Try to move more throughout the day, such as taking the stairs instead of an elevator and increasing your step count

EATING:

Eat healthy: Eat healthy meals, such as Greek yogurt, eggs, veggies, and berries
Drink water: Drink water before eating breakfast to curb your appetite and stimulate your metabolism
