💭“We pride ourselves on getting to know the customer,” Michele shares. “This week I met with a patient who was ready to start making changes to her health, but she wasn’t sure where to begin and felt a little lost. By taking the time to talk to her, I was able to help guide her through options and put together a starting point for her wellness journey. It was rewarding to see her leave feeling more confident and supported, knowing she wasn’t doing it alone. My job is to help improve health, but also to help people feel like themselves again.”

Did you know that some medications can make your skin more sensitive to sunlight? This can increase your risk of sunburn, even after a short time outdoors.

Common medications that may cause sun sensitivity include certain antibiotics, blood pressure medications, acne treatments, and some anti-inflammatory medicines.

Protect yourself by:
☀️ Wearing sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher
🧢 Using a hat and protective clothing
🌳 Seeking shade during peak sun hours
💧 Staying hydrated
