🍂 A road trip to Carbondale this morning to visit our Friends at Fallbrook!

❤️Over the past couple of years, we’ve had the pleasure of visiting these senior centers and building some really special relationships with the people in our community. It’s always nice to see familiar faces, catch up, and make sure everyone is staying up to date on their vaccines💉

To us, being a hometown pharmacy means showing up, getting to know people, and being there for our community beyond the walls of our pharmacy. We’re so grateful for the relationships we’ve built and always look forward to our next visit!

đź’™ Happy Pharmacy Technician Day to our amazing team! đź’™

Being a hometown pharmacy means being more than just a place to pick up a prescription. It means knowing our customers by name, remembering the little things, taking the extra time to answer questions, and treating every person who walks through our doors like family.

And so much of that comes from our pharmacy technicians! They go above and beyond every single day to make sure our customers feel cared for, heard, and taken care of. Whether they’re solving a problem, helping someone navigate their medications, answering the phone, or simply taking a few extra minutes to make someone’s day a little easier, they make a difference in ways that go far beyond filling a prescription.

We are so lucky to have a team that puts their heart into what they do every day. Thank you for everything you do for our customers, our pharmacy, and each other!

🚗 If you’re a delivery customer at DePietro’s, Lauren is the girl behind every delivery! She works hard behind the scenes to organize our drivers’ routes, coordinate deliveries, and make sure everything runs smoothly so your medications get where they need to be.

One of the best parts of being a hometown pharmacy is having pharmacists like Sabrina who make our community feel a little smaller and a lot more connected.

Sometimes, all it takes is a conversation❤️

💊At a recent health fair, we met a woman who had just started a new medication that she couldn’t afford. By taking the time to talk with her and explore her options, we were able to help her save money by explaining the price without going through her insurance.

This is why getting out into our community matters so much to us. Healthcare can be confusing and overwhelming, and sometimes people don’t even realize there may be other options available.

Being a pharmacist is about so much more than filling prescriptions. It’s about showing up and educating our community, and making sure people feel supported in their healthcare.
