My balance was not good because I couldn't feel the ground when walking. I always needed a cane because I didn't trust my feet. My legs and feet were so numb that I didn't even feel the injections on my first visit with Denise.

This incredible artist came to after an accident robbed her of her ability to paint. For over a year, the numbness, pain and tingling in her hands had made it impossible to hold a brush or concentrate on details. After a month of treatment, she felt inspired by a twig she found outside the clinic. At 6 weeks, she felt physically ready to start. Today, she presented us with this beautiful 3D painting, her first creation in over a year. She named it "Hope"

"When I first started coming to Atlanta Neuropathy Clinic I was always aware of my feet. Whether it was the pain, tingling, cold or burning, I was always aware of what my feet were doing. My whole life I had never thought about my feet, then suddenly that's all I did. They kept me up at night. I'd be laying in my nice, comfy bed and I couldn't sleep because my feet were bothering me so bad. It just wasn't right.
