I hear this all the time.
And almost every time, what it really means is “I’ve tried everything alone.”
Cutting out gluten on your own.
Researching supplements at 11pm on your own.
Piecing together advice from five different Youtube videos on your own.
That is no small feat.
You did the research, you built a plan, you tried it out.
But it didn’t work.
Trying things on your own usually means strategies without proper testing to know if it’s even the right strategy for your body.
A supplement protocol that could be missing important pieces.
It’s not that you need:
More willpower.
Another supplement.
To remove another food.
What you really need is a guide.
Someone who can run a stool test and actually tell you what it means.
Someone who can see your blind spots.
Someone who can support you when it feels hard.
Someone who can cut through the conflicting noise online and build a plan custom tailored to your body and your situation.
If “I’ve tried everything” sounds like you, comment on this post and tell me what you’ve tried.
I’ll tell you what I’d suggest instead.
