Applications are open for AHEC Scholars Cohort 9!

The AHEC Scholars Program is a free, two-year program designed for health professions students interested in rural and underserved healthcare. Scholars gain valuable experience beyond the classroom through interprofessional learning, leadership development, mentorship, networking and hands-on opportunities to better understand the communities they’ll serve.

If you’re a health professions student within two years of completing your program, Cohort 9 could be your next step toward becoming a stronger healthcare professional and community leader.
