May is Mental Health Awareness Month 💚

At Bryan County EMS, we recognize that mental health is just as important as physical health. Life can be overwhelming, and many people silently face challenges such as stress, anxiety, depression, grief, and burnout.

As first responders, healthcare workers, family members, friends, and neighbors, it is important that we continue breaking the stigma surrounding mental health conversations. Asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.

This month, we encourage everyone to check in on themselves and those around them. A simple conversation, kind word, or listening ear can make a meaningful difference.

You are not alone. Support is available, and your mental health matters—this month and every month.

Over the past two weeks, we’ve had the honor of celebrating two incredible milestones at Bryan County EMS! 🚑💚
