Today, we bring Summer to a close and open the door to Autumn. 🍂✨

We know Autumn as the season of transformation. Autumn invites us to slow down, restore equilibrium, and honor the natural instinct guiding us towards change, release and transformation.

It’s simple to see this in nature this time of year. The trees begin to shed their leaves, a simple act with a profound ripple effect as their leaves offer habitat for critters of various shapes and sizes in the colder months to come, then softly and quietly the leaves will decay, nourishing the the ecosystem (and the tree’s own roots) below. This time of year the monarch butterflies follow their instincts and begin their journey south; and the young foxes, now too big for the dens that raised them, head out to find homes of their own.

It can be so simple to recognize these seasonal patterns in the environments around us. The trees do not challenge their natural rhythms, and we’ve come to know what to expect. But why is it often difficult to observe and honor the same rhythms in ourselves?

We’re here to remind you that you too are a part of nature and that you — like the trees, butterflies and foxes — probably have an instinct right now and that you should let it guide you towards the next version of yourself.🕯️🧘🏾

As we move toward the Autumn Equinox and the season begins to turn, we invite you to slow down, listen, and attune to the rhythms moving through nature — and through ourselves.

Our Ousia Seasonal Attunement — Live Music + Sound Journey is an opportunity to mark this seasonal shift together through live restorative music, guided meditation, restorative props, warm tea, and space to simply receive, reflect, and set intentions for the season ahead.

✨ For today, there is a special opportunity to experience the Salt Cave with your own group.

Gather up to six close friends or loved ones and reserve the entire Cave together.

Inside the Cave, you’ll settle into zero-gravity Legato Loungers with subwoofers integrated directly into the chairs. We’ll feed the live instrumentation into the Cave and through the loungers, so you can hear the musicians playing live while also feeling the vibration of the music through the chair and your body — all while receiving dry salt therapy.

It’s an intimate, deeply sensory way to share the turning of the season together.

🍂 TODAY — The six-person Cave is available to reserve as a private group experience.

🍂 TOMORROW — We’ll open the Cave to individual registration, meaning the remaining seats can be booked separately by members of the community.

So if you’ve been wanting to gather your people and experience the Cave together, today is your opportunity to reserve the full space for your group.
