I hope you are all well and got some rest on our August Church break.

This Sunday is when we are starting our Coffee time before our in-person church service from 10:00 - 10:30 AM. Please feel free to come early and enjoy some coffee and the church community. Hope to see you then.

As a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, a Certified Reiki Master Teacher, Essential Oil Educator, and an Akashic Records Reader, Nicole blends science and spirituality to help clients reconnect with their inner wisdom, empowering them to uncover their individual formula for wellness and recognize that the answers they seek already exist within them.

This Sunday you have a choice to either physically attend church at the Marion Schoolhouse, 1135 Marion Ave., Southington from 10:30 AM-12:00 Noon EST OR you can attend our church service via Zoom. Please sign into Zoom by 10:45 AM and put your name in while in the waiting room to be allowed into service, so as not to disturb the service. Thanks for understanding.

Role Description The Office Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Stonington, CT, responsible for overseeing daily front desk and administrative operations. Day-to-day tasks include greeting and assisting patients, managing phone calls and appointment scheduling, maintaining patient records, and coordinating provider calendars. The Office Manager will ensure smooth office workflows, oversee use and maintenance of office equipment, and support billing and payment processing as needed. This role also involves supporting a positive patient experience, maintaining a clean and organized reception area, and collaborating with clinical staff to keep office procedures efficient and aligned with holistic care values.

Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with patients, staff, and external partners.
Experience with Administrative Assistance and Office Administration, including scheduling, records management, and general office coordination.
Comfort with Office Equipment such as phones, printers, copiers, and basic practice management or scheduling software.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced office environment.
Prior experience in a healthcare, wellness, or customer-facing setting preferred.
Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets, scheduling systems).
High level of reliability, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential information.
Relevant education or training in office administration, healthcare administration, or a related field is beneficial.
Experience with making emails and social media posts to inform patients of our events and appointment openings.
Easily trainable, positive upbeat attitude.
