There is no strong, consistent research showing weighted vests outperform traditional weight training for strength, metabolism, or body composition.
🏋️♀️ True resistance training. Weightlifting til muscle failure. Real load. Real adaptation.
That’s where we see:
✔ Increased muscle mass
✔ Improved insulin sensitivity
✔ Better bone density
✔ Stronger metabolism
✔ Functional strength that actually carries over to life
💡 Weighted vests aren’t “bad.”
But they’re also not a replacement for real strength training.
