✨ Exploring PRP Therapy for Pain Relief?

Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy is a regenerative treatment that uses a patient's own blood components to help support the body's natural healing process. PRP may be considered for certain tendon, ligament, joint, and musculoskeletal conditions.

At Midwest Innovative Pain Management, we offer PRP consultations to determine if this treatment may be a good option for your specific condition.

Please note:
✔️ The consultation/follow-up visit may be covered by insurance (depending on your plan)
✔️ The PRP procedure itself is not covered by insurance and is considered a self-pay/cash-pay service
✔️ We offer competitive PRP pricing compared to surrounding practices

Every patient's treatment plan is unique, and our providers will work with you to determine the best options for your individual needs.

📞 Contact our office to learn more about PRP therapy and pricing.

Platelets are the smallest cells in your blood, but they have incredible healing powers. Learn how using the healing properties of platelets can work for a variety of health conditions.

🔥 Chronic Back or Neck Pain? Radiofrequency Ablation May Help.

If you have pain caused by irritated facet joints in your spine, Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA) may be a treatment option to help provide longer-lasting relief.

RFA is a minimally invasive procedure that uses heat energy to target specific nerves responsible for transmitting pain signals. Before considering RFA, patients typically undergo two diagnostic medial branch nerve blocks to confirm that the targeted nerves are contributing to their pain and to help determine if they are a good candidate for the procedure.

RFA may help patients experiencing:
✔️ Chronic neck pain
✔️ Chronic back pain
✔️ Facet joint pain
✔️ Pain related to spinal arthritis

At Midwest Innovative Pain Management, we take a personalized approach to care. Every treatment plan is tailored to each patient's unique condition, needs, and goals.

✅ Advanced interventional pain treatments

📅 New patients typically seen within 1–3 business days

⚡ Sharp, Electric-Like Facial Pain? It Could Be Trigeminal Neuralgia.

If you're experiencing sudden, severe facial pain triggered by everyday activities like talking, eating, brushing your teeth, or even a light breeze, you may be suffering from trigeminal neuralgia.

This condition affects the trigeminal nerve, which provides sensation to the face, and can cause intense, shock-like pain that interferes with daily life.

At Midwest Innovative Pain Management, we offer Trigeminal Nerve Blocks as a treatment option to help reduce pain and improve your quality of life. Every patient is evaluated individually, and treatment is tailored to their unique needs.

💉 Could an Epidural Steroid Injection Help Relieve Your Pain?

If you're experiencing pain that radiates from your neck or back into your arms or legs, an epidural steroid injection (ESI) may help reduce inflammation around irritated nerves and provide lasting pain relief.

ESIs are commonly used to treat:
✔️ Herniated discs
✔️ Sciatica
✔️ Spinal stenosis
✔️ Cervical or lumbar radiculopathy

At Midwest Innovative Pain Management, every treatment plan is personalized to your unique condition and goals. Our providers will perform a thorough evaluation to determine whether an epidural steroid injection—or another treatment option—is right for you.

📅 We strive to see new patients within 1–3 business days.
✅ Most major insurance plans accepted.

🏥 What to Expect When You Are Scheduled for a Procedure at Munster Surgery Center

Have you been scheduled for a procedure and wondered, “When will I know my arrival time?”

Here is what you can expect:

📅 Step 1: Procedure Date Scheduling
Our office will schedule your procedure date with Munster Surgery Center. At this time, you will receive the date of your procedure.

📞 Step 2: Arrival Time Notification
Approximately 1–3 business days before your procedure, a team member from Munster Surgery Center will contact you with your scheduled arrival time and any final instructions.

Why don't we provide the time when scheduling?
Procedure schedules at the surgery center can change based on the length of cases, physician schedules, anesthesia requirements, and the needs of each patient. The surgery center finalizes the daily schedule closer to the procedure date to provide the most accurate arrival time possible.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to make sure each patient receives the appropriate amount of time and care needed for their procedure.

If you have questions about your upcoming procedure, our team is always happy to help.
