🤰🏼 Besides Ashiatsu, cupping and deep tissue therapeutic massage, did you know I also offer prenatal massage?

Clients can choose to be in a side-lying position or use a pregnancy bolster, which helps relieve tension and take off some of the pressure.

Prenatal massage reduces stress, eases muscle tension, improves circulation, and decreases swelling, providing relief from common pregnancy discomforts like back pain and sciatic nerve issues.

It promotes hormonal balance (decreasing cortisol while increasing serotonin/dopamine), improves sleep, and may lead to better birth outcomes, including higher birth weights.
