You can schedule your mammogram while you’re here, and the mobile mammography team will bill your insurance, making it easier than ever to prioritize your health.

The weight on my heart feels just a little lighter today.

Yesterday, our Spanish Fork team came together for our monthly massage training, and simply being in the same room with this incredible group brought peace to my heart. Their energy, compassion, and willingness to learn reminded me why I love what we do.

Our amazing Training Therapist, Elisabeth, knew exactly what we all needed this month. With our hearts still tender, she focused our training on Chinese energy meridians and the powerful connection between our emotions, our bodies, and our minds. We explored how unresolved emotions can show up as unexplained pain and, more importantly, how we can better care for our clients through intentional, healing touch.

There was something special in the room. It was peaceful. Thoughtful. Purposeful. Every therapist leaned in with both their minds and their hearts, and it was a beautiful reminder that healing extends far beyond the physical.

As I reflect on these past few weeks of unimaginable loss, I am overwhelmed with gratitude. Thank you to every person who has reached out, shown kindness, prayed for us, shared stories, and honored Katrina and her family. Your love has carried us more than you’ll ever know.

Katrina, I miss you every single day. I will keep showing up and doing my best to make you proud. I am forever grateful for the years we spent building this dream together, for the lives we touched, and for all the laughter we shared along the way.

One of my favorite memories will always be making you laugh in the middle of serious moments—especially during our “professional” photo shoots. Because really… what says professionalism better than posing with a sword? ⚔️❤️

I love you, my dear friend. Your legacy lives on in every life we touch, every teammate we support, and every client who walks through our doors.

Beginning now, online appointments will require a 50% reservation fee to secure your appointment. Don't worry—it's applied toward your service total and isn't an extra charge.

💚 To Our Summit Family 💚

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your patience, kindness, and understanding as we navigate this incredibly difficult time.

Over the past few days, you've given our team the space to mourn the unimaginable loss of our beloved co-founder, Katrina Long, along with her husband and their three sons. Your prayers, messages, flowers, and unwavering support have meant more to us than we could ever express.

As we return to our normal business hours, we ask for a little more grace and patience as we learn how to move forward without Katrina. Her shoes are incredibly big ones to fill, and while no one ever truly could, we will continue to honor her by serving our clients and community with the same compassion, excellence, and heart that she showed every single day.

Thank you for standing beside us through this heartbreaking time. We are grateful for each and every one of you, and we look forward to welcoming you back into Summit as we continue the legacy Katrina worked so hard to build.
