MAVERICK COUNTY WEATHER ALERT 🚨
⛈️ Severe storms and heavy rainfall are expected across Maverick County this afternoon through Wednesday morning. Residents should prepare for:

• Large hail
• Damaging winds
• Frequent lightning
• Flash flooding risks

🌧️ Rainfall totals of 1–3 inches are expected, with isolated areas possibly receiving up to 5 inches. Saturated ground conditions increase the risk of rapid flooding in low-lying areas, creeks, and roadways.

⚠️ A Flood Watch remains in effect through Wednesday morning.
🚫 Never drive through flooded roads or around barricades.
