These are shish*to peppers that I sauteed with zucchini.
Toss in some chopped green onion at the end and I topped it off with furikake
Fun appetizer or side dish.

Directions--You sautee them with about a teaspoon of sesame oil then add salt and pepper and a little bit of crushed garlic or garlic powder.
Takes about 3-4 minutes and they are not spicy but have a sweet citrusy flavor!

Contains vitamin A ( for healthy vision), Vitamin B6( brain development and nervous system, regulating mood, and producing red blood cells), vitamin C (for immune system), and contains antioxidants (protecting cells from free radicals while protecting your heart)

This is my newest and yummiest Chocolate mousse recipe that I recently made up and you will love it!!❤️💕

1 egg
1 cup Greek yogurt or Harmless Harvest Coconut Yogurt
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla

Bake at 350° for 20-30 min or until set.(Make sure the center is set! )

Allow to cool on a cooling rack.
Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hrs (if you can wait that long! 😄)

In honor of the Oscar Winning song Golden (and my grandbaby's favorite song!!I 😁)

"Golden" Beef Stuffed Acorn Squash

I found these small individual sized acorn squashes and stuffed them with grass fed ground beef. They turned out so amazing!!
Great source of Protein and Fiber.

Yes, this is a can of Sardines!! 😆

➡️(Put a piece of a paper towel over it and light it on fire! 🔥 It'll cook for a minute or two and give a delicious grilled type of flavor -- and it tastes less fishy! (Don't forget to remove the burnt paper before eating)

🦈🦈 Sardines are packed with Omega 3s(heart and brain health), are anti-inflammatory, are a high quality protein source, high in. B12 (energy and nerve health), and contain selenium and iron!!

Also. You do not have to worry about mercury. They are a small plankton eating fish and are one of the safest lowest mercury fish options. Safe enough to eat daily! 🥰 I'm just so excited! Isn't that amazing?

Korean Tuna Salad, Eggs, and kimchi,
Roasted Apples and Bananas on Toast with Almond butter, and Sardine Salad on Broccoli, Cucumber and Carrot salad (I used olive oil and balsamic vinegar for dressing).

Happy New Year my friends!✨
These child training mornings are calling for something besides eggs.
A high protein breakfast is important, but equally important is fiber!!

This morning I combined oats, chia seeds Flax seeds, and h**p seeds to make a high protein and high fiber bowl that was warm and nourishing.

✨Toppings - unsweetened shredded coconut, apples, cinnamon, coconut milk, pecans with a honey drizzle. Wow!!
