I had the pleasure of speaking at SPARK Senior Centers of Montgomery County in Lansdale about the importance of mental and physical wellness among older adults.

We had a wonderful discussion focused on key areas that support healthy aging, and participants shared thoughtful questions and concerns that matter most to them.

If you would like the chance to talk to me about wellness, heart health, or the Montgomery County Coroner’s Office, I will have a table at Ludington Library tomorrow from 11-12 to answer any questions you may have.

Hosted a mass fatality tabletop exercise at the Montgomery County Coroner’s Office yesterday, bringing together key partners to evaluate and strengthen our coordinated response

Thank you to the Montgomery County Department of Public Safety, Montgomery County Office of Public Health, and Lower Providence Township Police Chief and Fire Marshal for your time and collaboration. A special thank you to Matt Maillie for facilitating the exercise and guiding the discussion.

Together, we are crocheting and tagging Peyton Hearts while creating space for su***de loss survivors to share their story. Each heart is a reminder that no one walks this journey alone.
