Breast cancer doesn’t discriminate. 💗
1 in 8 women in the U.S. will be diagnosed in her lifetime. And in my clinic, most of the women I see with it:
• Have no family history
• Aren’t “old”
• Felt completely fine
Fewer than 15% of women diagnosed have a close relative with breast cancer.

When it’s caught early, while it’s still localized, the 5-year survival rate is about 99%.

Screening isn’t about fear. It’s about finding it while it’s small.

For average-risk women, screening mammograms are now recommended every 2 years starting at age 40. Higher risk? You may need to start earlier. Ask your doctor.

When was your last mammogram? Tell me below. 👇

Send this to a woman you love and remind her to book hers this October.

And with fatty liver disease now one of the leading causes of liver failure in the US, this might be the most important reason to start.
