We 💚 Rooted Naturopathy

Today was such a beautiful reminder of what can happen when people give themselves permission to slow down.

So grateful for everyone who showed up for our HELD event today and chose to put themselves first. In a world that asks us to keep pushing, you chose to pause, breathe, connect, and truly unwind your nervous systems.

Watching people soften, release, rest, and reconnect with themselves was incredibly special. Thank you for trusting us, for showing up exactly as you are, and for allowing yourselves to receive.

Your nervous system deserves moments like this. Your body deserves to feel safe. And you deserve the space to simply be.

Family!!!! Exciting news! We purchased equipment to roll these j’s quicker! I’m so excited!!!!

It took us 2 months to roll 1,500 joints. Of course only part-time with other jobs and full time families.

Now I’m going to be able to do it all in a day!

I have two flower strains we are going to blend to make 1:1 joints using some of the best flower from a well known local farm.

I can’t wait to tell you more.
