This one is close to my heart because the approach was anything but obvious 🪄

She had been insecure for a long time about how her smile pulled down more on one side, as one of her facial muscles was naturally very strong.

The muscle we targeted is typically something injectors actively avoid because it is considered a complication site. In this case, I targeted it intentionally to relax that asymmetric pull and bring her beautiful smile into balance.

We then treated the corners of the mouth, chin, and platysmal bands for that soft, airbrushed finish you see in the after, with a small amount of lip filler as the final touch!

The result speaks for itself. But the planning behind it is what made it possible.

Facial balancing means treating the face as a whole. A treatment plan worth investing in considers how each area impacts the next, instead of just focusing on an individual area.

For this gorgeous patient, we utilized filler to rejuvenate her cheeks, temples, and brows, as well as a small lip filler touch up.

Together, we created a lifted, refreshed appearance. Because we approached it holistically, her undereyes look more awake, nasolabial folds more softened, and her jawline more sharpened without directly treating those areas.

That is what happens when your injector evaluates your entire face before picking up a syringe.
