The Greater East Aurora Chamber of Commerce plus Byrncliff Golf Resort and Banquetss makes for a fun, beautiful evening! ☀️⛳️

You should check out the view at Byrncliff! It’s only about twenty minutes from East Aurora. They have a great restaurant, beautiful golf course, mini golf, a pool, and hotel rooms with all the amenities!

I’m told they rent cross country skis, groom the tracks, and even give lessons in the winter - great to know! ❄️

Did you know that the Greater East Aurora Chamber of Commerce covers nine communities, including East Aurora, Holland, Marilla, Elma, Colden, and more?

The Chamber has multiple networking opportunities each month plus marketing and sponsorship opportunities for every budget. They also put on the Sidewalk Sale and the Taste of East Aurora!

It’s well worth it to join the Greater East Aurora Chamber of Commerce. I’ve been a member since I opened the studio eight years ago. I also served on the board for six years and continue to volunteer - that’s how much I value what our Chamber of Commerce brings to our community.

It’s all about community, connections, and relationships.

Remnants of a duo session. 💕

They are in their late eighties.
She has been a client of mine for almost a decade.
She’s been fighting to stay mobile for a while now.

He’s now joined the sessions as a participant.
His doctor recommended it.

He needs this just as much as she does.
If he were to go down, she will end up in assistive living.

He is spry.
She is in a wheelchair to move about.

It takes some creativity as an instructor to accommodate both during a session.

I’m so glad to be able to work with both of them.
Grateful they trust me.
Blessed to have these relationships.❤️

It’s so much more than just a workout.

Does it get any better than getting stronger together? 💪

I have several couples who take Pilates sessions with me. The oldest turn eighty eight this year. 🙌

The best thing about working out with the one you love is that you’ll both be in better shape physically and mentally so you can continue to enjoy life together.

In the midst of enjoying the holiday weekend, we pause to remember why we have this day.

Today we pause to honor those who gave all in service to our country.
We would not enjoy the freedoms we have today without those whose selfless service and sacrifice made it all possible.
We salute them. 🫡
We give thanks to their loved ones. ❤️
We are ever so thankful.
May God bless our troops. 🙏 🇺🇸

Something we need to hear as adults, too. 💕

Talking with a client last night who is navigating the small people years, I told her I’m proud of her.
It’s beautiful and so not easy.
She hugged me.
We do a lot of that in this studio. 🤗

This goes for you, too.

It’s not easy to make time for taking care of yourself when life is pulling you in so many directions.

It’s not easy to do what is right for yourself and your family in this world that tries to tell you who you should be and what you should be doing.

It’s also not easy to be single in this world where you are navigating this chapter with everything on your shoulders.

It’s not easy to protect your peace and to shut out the craziness the news and social media try to pull you into.

It’s not easy navigating whatever challenges you face every day that you may not be sharing with everyone around you.

It’s not easy being a human in this world.

But here you are, making your way one step at a time.

I’m proud of you.
I hope you’re proud of yourself, too. ❤️
