Less than ONE WEEK until I am back in the shop to see you guys and serve your needs!
I’m really looking forward to getting in the swing of slowly adding some work back into my life!

Can’t wait to see you guys and hear what you’ve been up to for the last 2 months! Here’s a small photo dump of what all we’ve been doing in our world 😅♥️

MY WEBSITE IS UP, AND MY BOOKS ARE OPEN FOR SEPTEMBER!

As a way of easing back into things (because this season of life has been an extremely difficult adjustment for me and I’m honestly not sure what all I can handle right now), I will be working decreased hours to start.
I will also only be offering services up to 45 minutes, as seen on my website, as a way to condition my hands & body and get back into the groove of things without overuse injury.

Then as we enter October, I plan for my hours to be Monday’s & Thursday’s 9am-3pm consistently, offering full services again. This schedule will likely resume until my husband returns home from deployment.

I have a LOT on my plate, and I’m doing my best. I love you all, and I have missed you SO MUCH! Can’t wait to see you soon!!

No menus will be posted and no water aerobics class until my husband’s short stay at home is over and he is gone again.

I don’t want to take any time away from our family since we won’t be together again until Christmas. Thanks for understanding.

We are slowly adjusting to life as a bigger family. I appreciate all of your kind words, comments, and messages. 🩵

I will be returning to a limited meal prep menu next week, posting on Thursday 6/16 at 6:00pm. This will be another “take it or leave it” menu with one option for breakfast, one for lunch, and 2 snacks.
