Let's take a minute to talk about one of my favorite superfoods - ginger. ⁠

The health benefits of ginger are largely due to its antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties. You probably already know it's good for nausea and digestion, but did you know it's also great for ⬇️⁠

✔️ Relieving joint and muscle pain ⁠
✔️ Easing menstrual pains ⁠
✔️ Improving brain function ⁠
⁠..and so much more! ⁠

The easiest way to use fresh ginger is to make a tea. Simply cut a 2-inch k**b into slices and boil in water for 10-30 minutes. Strain the pieces out enjoy warm with lemon and raw honey. But you can also add it into soups, stews and curries for a delicious flavor to your meals. ⁠

Pro-tip: you can easily peel ginger by simply using a spoon to rub off the skin! ⁠
