Today, we’re shining the spotlight on two incredible members of our Environmental Services team, Sabiran Simmons and Teresa Williams.

✨ Sabiran Simmons began her healthcare journey in 1997 as a CNA, spending more than 20 years caring for others before transitioning into Environmental Services. She has now proudly served in EVS for 7 years. Sabiran says her years as a CNA taught her the importance of patience, compassion, and understanding the needs of others—values she continues to bring to her work every day. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening and cooking.

✨ Teresa Williams has dedicated more than 35 years to healthcare and an incredible 31 years to Harbor Health & Rehab! Throughout her career, Teresa has worked in Physical Therapy, Dietary, Housekeeping, Laundry, and several other roles before becoming part of the EVS team. Teresa says her journey has taught her the importance of patience, and she especially enjoys working with the elderly community. Outside of work, she loves shopping, going to the movies, and participating in her church activities

Both Sabiran and Teresa share how proud they are of the Environmental Services team they work alongside—and we are proud to have them as part of the Harbor family!

We are so grateful to everyone who helped make our Back-to-School Drive a success in support of Washington Elementary. Because of the generosity and teamwork of our community, students will head back to the classroom with supplies and resources to help them feel prepared and confident for the school year ahead.

Supporting our local schools and investing in the next generation is something we are proud to be a part of. A big thank you to our team members, families, and community partners who donated and helped make this drive possible.

Here’s to a wonderful school year filled with learning, growth, and success!
