After August 31, enrollment will close and new membership requests will move to a waitlist so I can protect appointment availability for my members.

The truth is….

We can become so attached to the future we hope for that we excuse the behavior that’s happening right in front of us.

Sometimes we don’t recognize disrespect because it doesn’t arrive all at once.

It arrives one excuse at a time.

One apology at a time.

One “maybe I’m overreacting” at a time.

Then one day…

…you stop making excuses.

You stop minimizing.

You stop settling.
