Strong Wellness Center Strong Wellness Center, LLC is a rustic healing center offering Massage Therapy, Ayurvedic Health Counseling, Cedar Saunas, and home-grown herbal products.

We are located in the beautiful northeast kingdom of Vermont. I offer 20 years of experience in Massage Therapy, Nutritional Counseling, and Wellness Advising. Several types of Massage Therapy are practiced including: Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Sports, Shiatsu, Thai, Pregnancy, Elder Care, Acupressure, Reflexology, Hot Stone Massage, Exfoliating Scrubs, and Deep Moisture Wraps are all available individually or in combination. Generally 60 and 90 minute sessions are offered but 30 minute Reflexology sessions can be arranged. Nutritional Counseling requires at least 2 consecutive 60 minute sessions.

They call it a midlife crisis, but that’s not what it is.

But then something shifts.The masks feel heavier.The roles feel hollow. The life you built no longer feels like it belongs to you. That’s not a crisis. That’s your soul waking up.

The second half of life is about unbecoming—
unraveling everything that no longer aligns with your truth. Peeling away the conditioning, the obligations, the limiting beliefs that were never truly yours. It’s about remembering who you were before the world told you who to be.

This is not an ending.
This is not falling apart.
This is a midlife right of passage.
This is rebirth.
