My first live virtual workshop is coming this month and I am reserving founding member spots right now β€” before the public announcement goes out.

This will be an intimate healing session where we move through nervous system regulation practices together in real time. Real tools. Real shifts. Small group so everyone is held.

Founding member rate is lower than what it will be when I open publicly.

Comment WORKSHOP or send me a message and I'll get you the details. πŸ’›

The site is live and everything I have been building for this community is finally in one place. 🌿

Virtual yoga. 1:1 coaching. The Regulate & Rise e-book. A healing space built specifically for melanated women who are done surviving and ready to actually live.

This is just the beginning.

Visit the link to explore β€” and if something calls to you, trust that. πŸ’›

What would it feel like to have someone in your corner β€” someone who actually understands the body-mind connection and can guide you through it? 🌸

That's what my 1:1 sessions are for. We go deeper than talk therapy. We work with your nervous system directly, at your own pace.

If you're feeling called to go deeper, I'd love to connect. Drop a 🌿 below or visit the link in bio to book a free discovery call.

Healing isn't about doing more. It's about finally feeling safe enough to rest. πŸ’›

I created Regulate & Rise because I needed it first. The tools inside helped me stop white-knuckling through life and actually come back to myself.

If you've been running on empty, this e-book is for you.

I used to think rest was something I had to earn. πŸ’œ

I'd push through everything β€” because stopping felt dangerous. That was my nervous system in survival mode.

Learning to regulate changed everything. That's why I built this. For us.

Your nervous system isn't broken β€” it adapted. 🌿

Hypervigilance, shutdown, never being able to fully rest... that's not a character flaw. That's a system that learned to survive.

The healing starts when you understand WHY.

Chapter 2 of Regulate & Rise breaks this all the way down πŸ‘‰ https://payhip.com/b/A5Gbr

Our grandmothers knew these plants. 🌿

They knew which roots to boil when the body was in pain. Which leaves to steep when rest wouldn't come. Which plants held medicine that the system wasn't offering us β€” because for much of our history, the system wasn't coming.

That knowledge got buried. But it was never lost. And it was always ours.

5 herbs every melanated woman needs in her home apothecary:

🌿 Red Raspberry Leaf β€” for your womb (and your iron)
🌿 Ashwagandha β€” for the nervous system that's been running on survival fuel
🌿 Nettle β€” the nutritional powerhouse the system under-checks us for
🌿 Holy Basil β€” the ancestral stress softener
🌿 Mugwort β€” the womb + dream herb our great-grandmothers knew

Full deep-dive is on the blog β€” what each one does, why it matters for us specifically, and how to use it. Link in bio πŸ”—

Drop a 🌿 if your grandmother kept herbs in the house. Because mine did.

Something I want every woman in this community to know about her gua sha routine β€”

Those slow strokes along your neck and jaw aren't just reducing puffiness. They're activating your vagus nerve β€” the nerve responsible for signaling safety to your brain and bringing your body out of stress mode.

For so many of us, especially in the melanated community, our nervous systems have been running in survival mode for so long it feels normal. Tight jaw. Trouble relaxing. Always "on." That's not just stress β€” that's your body holding decades of tension it was never given space to release.

A five-minute gua sha practice with intention and slow breathing is a somatic tool. Simple, accessible, and powerful.

If this resonates with you, I'd love for you to check out Regulate & Rise β€” my e-book on nervous system healing for melanated people. Link in comments πŸ‘‡

I'm not actually the oldest in my family. I have an older brother. He left at 18. πŸ’›

And when he walked out that door and began his life, everything that comes with being "the eldest" β€” the watching, the managing, the holding β€” landed on me. Quietly. Without anyone asking.

Five kids. Single mom. And suddenly I was mom number two.

What I didn't know was that all of that carrying β€” for years β€” was living in my body as survival-level stress.

If you're the one who got left holding everything when someone else got to leave, I wrote this for you.

The nervous system keeps score. The tension in your shoulders isn't random. The exhaustion that sleep doesn't fix isn't weakness. It's years of carrying what was never yours to carry alone.

And healing starts with the simplest thing: noticing.

Not fixing. Not performing. Just noticing.
