National denial benchmarks miss the mark for safety-net facilities. For hospital and health system CFOs, that finding is a wake-up call. For billing directors at Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and Rural Health Clinics (RHCs), it should read as familiar territory with a warning label attached. Learn how FQHCs and RHCs can improve denial prevention and protect their revenue cycle: The Denial Management Gap: What National Benchmarks Miss About Rural and Community Health Billing (https://hubs.li/Q04wbbC70)

A claim can look perfectly fine today and still become tomorrow’s A/R problem.

That’s what makes revenue risk so tricky to manage. The warning signs are often scattered across payer behavior, account history, documentation, and follow-up activity. No single signal looks alarming. Together, they may tell a very different story.

Predictive analytics helps revenue cycle teams connect those dots sooner, so the right accounts rise before recoverability slips away.

Handmade with Joy, Tied with Purpose

This Rakhi season, our CSR initiative was all about celebrating connection, creativity, and inclusion.

Together with our partner NGOs – Niramaya Health Foundation and Suryoday Trust, our GeBBS volunteers spent delightful time with beneficiary children, turning colorful threads, beads, and ideas into beautiful handmade rakhis. But the most beautiful creations weren't just the rakhis – they were our amazing volunteers who brought together creativity and kindness, and their presence turned this day into an extraordinary memory. A simple creative activity became an opportunity to celebrate inclusion, build confidence, and create memories together.

A heartfelt thank you to our wonderful GeBBS volunteers for showing up with enthusiasm, patience, and compassion.

And Happy Rakhi to all who celebrate!

Your A/R teams are busy. But are they working the accounts that matter most?

When account priority relies too heavily on fixed rules (such as account age), staff can spend valuable time on low-impact touches while urgent, recoverable revenue waits. And at health-system scale, those small misallocations add up fast.

More effort isn’t the answer. What you need is a different approach.

Here are 3 reasons why manual A/R queues fall short and how health systems can move beyond them: https://hubs.li/Q04t6HL70
