What an amazing weekend at the ADRC Walk and Brain Health Festival! 💙✨

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped make this event such a success—our staff, board members, volunteers, sponsors, walk teams, and all of our incredible supporters and community partners. Your energy, time, and generosity brought this day to life in such a meaningful way.

These are just a few moments captured from a truly special day, and more photos are on the way! We’re also so grateful to everyone who has already shared and posted their wonderful pictures—thank you for helping us celebrate and spread the joy.

Grateful for this amazing community and everything we accomplished together. đź’™

The Alzheimer's Disease Resource Center (ADRC) was honored to attend the 10th Annual Arts & Alzheimer's Conference at the Long-Island-Museum. We were so excited to see that ADRC was highlighted for their "In the Moment Program", their "Training" and the "Art Expression Program".

The conference highlighted the powerful role that art, music, storytelling, and creative expression, play in enhancing the lives of individuals living with dementia and their care partners. We were inspired by the innovative programs and their latest program “Long island” in the 1970's.

A very special thank you to the The Long Island Museum for hosting such an enriching and impactful event!
