We are beyond excited to announce a collaboration with Elle by Lakeside Laser!

If you aren't familiar with their amazing products, you should be!

This line was designed by Lakeside Laser owner Danielle, an RN, right here in Maine! The first time we met with Danielle, we immediately knew this would be an amazing collaboration.

We have been using these products for a couple months now and, believe me when I tell you, they are AMAZING!

We will be retailing her entire skincare line at our East Millinocket location, as well as our Holden location!

1A Aesthetics in Holden Maine proudly introduces Julia Greenwald PA-C who hates promoting herself and we love a humble queen!

Julia Greenwald, PA-C joins 1A Aesthetics as co-owner of Alpenglow Aesthetics, opening this summer in East Millinocket.

Julia grew up in the Katahdin region. Following a master's degree and 10 year career as an athletic trainer working all over the country in a variety of settings, Julia returned to Maine to attend UNE's PA program.

She has worked in a variety of settings throughout the state, including emergency medicine, primary care, and most recently, inpatient oncology.

Julia and co-owner Kati built a strong friendship, as well as a trusted primary care practice in the Katahdin region. Out of this relationship, grew the idea for Alpenglow. In the whirlwind of curating Alpenglow, and through a variety of connections, we met Miranda with 1A Aesthetics and the rest is history!

Her philosophy is simple: provide amazing, evidenced based and medically grounded care that makes patients FEEL better. The opportunity to partner with Miranda at 1A Aesthetics as a launching pad for Alpenglow was a no brainer.

Alpenglow will provide neurotoxin and dermal fillers, in addition to medical grade chemical peels--with plans to add more services in the near future. We have partnered with Hydrinity and PCA Skin, with other professional skincare relationships in the works!

In her free time, Julia enjoys trail running, spending time with her husband, Lance, Bernese mountain dogs Chesty and Opha Mae, and cats Minnie and Clyde.
